My name is Mark Lotty and I have over 15 years of experience in residential construction in the Fairfield, CT area. I am a general contractor/carpenter focusing on small to medium renovations including, but not limited to:
- Bath and Kitchen Remodels
- Deck and Pergolas
- Window/Door Installation
- Finished basements
- Custom Carpentry (crown moulding, wainscoting and all other finish work)
- Built-Ins/Cabinets
- General Home Repair and Handyman Services
For small jobs the service rate is $60 per hour with a 2 hour minimum.
Free estimates for larger jobs.
